Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://181.199.253.14/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.World/.firstOrder_ESRI/.gmi_admin/%5Bobjectid%5Dpartial/dods')
