Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://181.199.253.14/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.World/.firstOrder_GAUL/.adm1_code/%5Bgid%5Dpartial/gid+exch/dods')
