Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://181.199.253.14/SOURCES/.Hydromet/.Seasonal_Forecast/.Precipitation/.hindcast_length/%5BSh%5D0/detrend-bfl/%5BSh+%5Ddetrend-bfl/dods')
