Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://181.199.253.14/SOURCES/.Hydromet/.Seasonal_Forecast/.Precipitation/cptv10/.hindcast_length/1+index/.target_length/dods')
